Bio
Debbie has over 20 years of demonstrated success in managing business and technical requirements in both the legal sector and commercial software application development, in addition to 10+ years of User Experience (UX) and Interaction Design involvement.
She has been involved in many successful projects, including secured database deployments, Intranet and website implementations, and managing the design and implementation of multiple KM applications enabling the sharing of information critical to law firm functions.
She is known for her deep knowledge and extensive hands-on work in analysing and documenting “as is” and “to be” business processes and workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for systems or processes, and for her ability to identify potential solutions to business challenges.
