Heather is a senior business consultant at Fireman & Company with fourteen years of knowledge management experience at two Canadian law firms overseeing enterprise knowledge management systems, practice efficiency initiatives, and innovation programs. Prior to that, Heather spent twelve years at PriceWaterhouseCooper in project management and professional development.
Heather has led the selection, implementation, and operation of transactional, document management, intranet, and extranet technologies. She is a business analyst with an emphasis on requirements gathering, document management, workspace design, six sigma process improvement, design thinking, and change management.
