Madeleine Rushforth

Madeleine is a consultant at Fireman & Company. She was previously a member of the Knowledge and Legal Technology team at an Am Law 100 law firm, working on the evaluation and implementation of legal technology. In this role, Madeleine had a particular focus on developing effective change management and engagement strategies to drive the adoption of new solutions amongst lawyers and business services teams.

Madeleine also has experience on the vendor side, having spent two years in Sales and Account Management at a legal technology software company where she worked across the European market.
